A Direct Cremation is a very simple Cremation where no members of the family are permitted to attend, no mourners, no fuss. However, we pride ourselves in being able to provide a very dignified Cremation only service. We use four bearers to take your loved one to the Crematorium, where the coffin will always be shouldered into the chapel in a caring and diligent manner. Music can also be played if wished by the family.
If required, we can say a few words of farewell for the family the ashes can be returned to the family the next day or scattered by ourselves if they so wish. Although this is a very simple funeral, it is always carried out with empathy and respect.

A basic Direct Cremation in Worcestershire for £1,850 is for our Direct Cremation Plus, the main difference being the use of a hearse, chapel visits during working hours and dressing your loved one in their own clothes.
